## Title: Corporate Trainer / Facilitator
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to deliver customized training programs. Our client, a key player in the retail industry, is seeking experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainers/Facilitators to design and deliver engaging training programs focused on managing Team Performance, Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions aligned to program objectives
- Facilitate modules on Leadership, Team Performance, Emotional Intelligence, and Practical Retail Leadership
- Conduct experiential and case-based learning tailored to retail operations
- Support pre-training and post-training evaluations
- Provide participant feedback reports and contribute to continuous improvement of the program
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate facilitation, people development, or management consulting
- Proven experience designing or delivering training in Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, or Performance Management
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working with retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments is an added advantage
