About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Cook.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Cut and wash raw foods using appropriate tools and equipment
• Prepare and cook a variety of food for meal service following standard practices and procedures
• Review menus and assemble food supplies and equipment for daily food preparation
• Set up and prepare equipment for use in food preparation
• Identify and report defects or problems concerning kitchen equipment, food supplies, and other conditions

Required Qualifications

• Craft Certificate in Food and Beverage or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Valid Certificate of Health for Food Handlers
