Content Coordinator (Photo & Video)

Key Responsibilities: - Content Coordination - Organize photo and video production across multiple African countries. - Collaboration - Work closely with local teams and partners to plan and deliver content. - Quality & Deadlines - Ensure all content meets brand standards and is delivered on time. - Travel - Support and oversee production through regular travel within Africa. - Communication Bridge - Act as the link between our Europe-based marketing team and teams in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and beyond. - Video Editing - Create and edit engaging videos for social media and YouTube. - Graphic Design - Develop simple, impactful visuals (banners, ads, leaflets, social posts) using Canva Required Qualifications: - Proven experience in video editing and visual design (Canva) - Strong organizational and communication skills, fluent in English - Ability to travel regularly and work flexible when needed. - Background in contenr creation, media, marketing or communications - Experience with international/multicultural teams: travel industry knowledge is a pluc - Additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are an advantage
