Construction Site Foreman

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise fundis and general labourers - Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity - Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and instructions - Maintain quality control of workmanship - Enforce safety standards on site - Report daily progress to the Site Agent/Project Manager/Company Directors - Monitor proper use of materials and tools Requrements - Diploma in Building Construction or related field-not degree. - Minimum 3 years' experience as a Foreman - Strong practical knowledge of construction processes Ability to read and interpret drawings - Strong leadership and team supervision skills  - 27 years and above
