Communications and Social Media Officer (Digital Marketer)

About the Role

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Professional certification in digital marketing, social media management, or public relations (e.g., CIM, CDMP, Google Digital Marketing, Meta Certifications)
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and basic graphic/video editing tools

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in communications, digital marketing, or social media management
• Prior experience in a healthcare facility, medical institution, NGO, or related service-oriented sector (highly preferred)
• Proven experience managing brand communication, digital campaigns, and online communities in a regulated environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication and social media strategies aligned with organizational brand and objectives
• Manage and grow organizational presence across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok where applicable
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content including health education materials, service promotions, patient stories, and institutional updates
• Drive traffic to organizational website and digital platforms through targeted campaigns and content optimization
• Engage with patients and community by responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner
• Promote organizational culture, achievements, events, and corporate social responsibility initiatives
