About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Commercial Manager to lead our sales and commercial operations across East Africa. You will drive strategic growth initiatives, build key client relationships, and lead a high-performing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic sales and growth initiatives across East Africa
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Drive market research, customer acquisition, and CRM adoption
• Oversee pricing strategies, performance reporting, and customer satisfaction frameworks
• Mentor and lead a high-performing commercial team

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in senior commercial roles (Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
• Deep understanding of logistics in East Africa (sea, air, road freight, import/export)
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills

Required Skills & Languages

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Additional languages are a plus
• MBA preferred
