Collection Officer

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Responsibilities: - Monitor daily loan performance and follow up on due, overdue, and upcoming repayments. - Negotiate repayment plans and recover delinquent loans ethically. - Conduct field visits to verify client details and assess repayment capacity. - Maintain accurate client interaction records on the Super lender system. - Meet daily and monthly collection targets and KPIs. - Educate clients on financial literacy and loan obligations. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (Finance, Marketing, Economics). - 1-2 years' experience in collections, sales, or microfinance. - Strong negotiation communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in mobile and computer- based reporting tools. - Willingness to work in rural or underserved areas.
