About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Category Manager to join our team at our Nairobi location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage home care and personal care product categories in a retail environment
- Lead category strategy and commercial performance
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate partnerships
- Analyze category data and performance metrics
- Lead and develop team members
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a category lead in home care and personal care products in a retail environment
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a business-related course from a recognized institution
- Strong supplier relationship management experience
- Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Google Data Analytics, Excel, or similar
