Key Responsibilities

• Manage the quality of hospitalization by visiting all hospitalized members, advising them on coverage and payability, and providing regular management updates
• Build expertise in wellness packages to provide accurate responses to patient inquiries and guide patients in selecting appropriate coverage
• Handle patient complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate feedback as required
• Support the hospital's medical tourism patient journey
• Provide timely support to third-party payers, including medical reports, invoice query resolution, bill estimates, and cashier support
• Perform data analysis and prepare reports on service uptake and wellness package utilization
• Review patient feedback and wellness journey data to identify opportunities for improving patient experience
• Coordinate wellness drives and initiatives for corporate clients to ensure services are delivered according to agreed contracts
• Support the finance department with clinical reconciliation processes and bill review prior to dispatch
• Assist in business development activities to promote packages and follow up on leads for potential clients
• Support patients through hospital processes aimed at resolving clinical concerns raised during their stay

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid Kenyan nursing practice license
