Business Development & Partnership Manager at St John Ambulance

Position Summary

This role is responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic relationship builder with a strong understanding of the development and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a business development strategy
• Identify new markets and revenue opportunities
• Build partnerships with corporates, government, NGOs, and international St. John organizations
• Lead proposal development and donor engagement
• Collaborate with communications to enhance visibility and promote services
• Monitor performance and report to management and the Board

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, International Development, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in business development or partnerships, with at least 5 years in senior roles
• Proven success in fundraising and strategic relationship management
• Strong understanding of donor landscape and proposal development

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
