Business Development Officer at Veteran Mission Hospital

About the Role

Veteran Mission Hospital is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a talented Business Development Officer to drive growth across our healthcare services and revenue streams.

Core Responsibilities

• Source new business opportunities, strategic partners, and revenue streams
• Execute growth strategies for OPD, clinics, pharmacy, laboratory, imaging, maternity services, and corporate/insurance clients
• Engage corporate organizations, schools, NGOs, and insurers to develop wellness and medical service agreements
• Manage client accounts, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Lead medical outreach initiatives, promotional campaigns, and branding activities
• Monitor competitive landscape, industry trends, and prepare strategic reports and proposals
• Enhance client retention, gather feedback, and drive customer satisfaction improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, healthcare marketing, or client relations (hospital or pharmaceutical experience preferred)
• Strong networking capabilities and demonstrated corporate and insurance partnership skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing abilities
• Target-driven, budget-conscious, and KPI-focused approach
• High integrity, professionalism, and genuine passion for healthcare
