Business Development Officer at Kenya Women Microfinance

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Reporting to the Branch Manager, the incumbent of this position will be responsible for marketing banking products, recruiting clients, processing loan applications, evaluating businesses, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely loan repayments to maintain a healthy loan portfolio. REQUIREMENTS: - A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills - Proficiency in computer applications. - Self-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Be flexible to work and travel anywhere.
