## Title: Business Development Consultant

Role Objective

A medium-sized law firm in Nairobi is seeking a Business Development Consultant to support and accelerate their growth efforts. You will work with a dynamic team to develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that drive expansion and operational excellence.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop customized growth strategies, strategic plans, and business plans tailored to the firm's objectives
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across new territories, markets, and demographics
  • Explore product and service diversification possibilities
  • Define and target new customer segments
  • Improve operational efficiency and streamline internal processes
  • Enhance marketing and sales strategies to increase market penetration
  • Analyze patterns and make data-driven recommendations for sustainable growth
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor progress against agreed targets
  • Provide continuous support and guidance throughout strategy implementation, addressing challenges and making necessary adjustments to maintain growth trajectory
  • Monitor business metrics and deliver regular updates with recommendations for optimization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field from a recognized university
  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant business development or consulting experience
