Job description
Our client is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in ERP and technology sales. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who understands consultative selling, pipeline management, and strategic outreach, and is passionate about driving revenue growth within the software and technology space.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and closing ERP solution sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Odoo ERP or similar ERP solutions to SMEs and corporate clients
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Conduct client needs assessments and present tailored ERP/software solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, demos, and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting using CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay updated on ERP trends, SaaS innovations, and competitor offerings
Required Qualifications:
& Experience
- Proven experience selling Odoo ERP or similar ERP solutions
- Background in Software, SaaS, or Technology Sales
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling approaches
- Experience using CRM systems and managing structured sales pipelines
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
