Position Overview

An established organization is seeking a Business Development Manager to market and sell Executive Education Customized Solutions. You will work in liaison with the Head of Customized Solutions, focusing on tailor-made programs and consultancy solutions. This role involves building and cultivating sustainable key relationships with potential public and commercial partners at national and regional levels.

Main Responsibilities

Sales

• Consult, assess, and propose tailored solutions to meet clients' unique needs and address emerging trends
• Target new clients for business development and propose new initiatives for existing clients to increase sales opportunities
• Achieve personal and team financial targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop industry linkages to position the organization as a knowledge partner in transforming African leaders
• Present to and consult with clients' senior management on business trends to develop effective custom solutions
• Increase customer experience and deepen client and partner relationships for long-term engagement

Marketing

• Analyze and manage stakeholders to maintain close engagement and relationship with the market
• Conduct continuous business intelligence to understand client needs at organizational, industry, and country levels
• Propose relevant and timely executive education and consultancy solutions
• Track client satisfaction through frequent review meetings
• Evaluate programs and consultancy engagements effectively

Operational Excellence

• Support technical resource persons and key experts to ensure delivery of client promises
• Ensure delivery of expected outcomes to clients
