## Title: Business Development Manager – Corporate Life and Pensions

Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Life and Pensions, the Business Development Manager – Corporate Life and Pensions will drive the organization's corporate business development strategies, enhance the current portfolio, and explore new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing and sales strategies geared towards business growth and retention
  • Source, negotiate, and procure business in line with set targets and budgets
  • Develop market presence with a focus on building and maintaining strong positioning in the country
  • Establish strategic alliances with key business drivers
  • Conduct market intelligence to ensure alignment with industry trends and adopt product pricing mechanisms that ensure profitability
  • Implement control mechanisms to measure service satisfaction among agents, brokers, customers, and regulators

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Insurance, or equivalent from a recognized university
  • Professional certification in Insurance, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience developing and maintaining business growth with tangible results
  • Ability to work effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
