## Title: Business Development Executive – Local Employment

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Executive in our Local Employment division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in labour outsourcing and local employment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, employers, and partners
  • Drive sales growth through strategic prospecting, negotiations, and contract closures
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging employment and workforce trends
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for clients and management
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development with exposure to labour outsourcing or workforce solutions
  • Proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and growing client portfolios

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong market intelligence, strategic planning, and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, professional, and empathetic approach to relationship building
