## Title: Business Development Consultant
Role Objective
A medium-sized law firm in Nairobi is seeking a Business Development Consultant to support and scale their growth efforts. You will develop customized strategies and provide ongoing guidance to drive sustainable business expansion.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop customized growth strategies, strategic plans, and business plans tailored to the firm's objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and potential areas for expansion
- Explore market expansion into new territories, markets, or demographics
- Evaluate product or service diversification opportunities
- Identify and develop new customer segments
- Improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
- Enhance marketing and sales strategies to drive business development
- Analyze patterns and make data-driven recommendations for growth
- Provide continuous support and guidance throughout the implementation process, monitoring progress and addressing challenges
- Establish and monitor business metrics to track performance
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor them, providing updates and adjusting plans as needed to achieve optimal results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field from a recognized university
- At least 4 years of relevant business development experience
