Branch Manager - Homabay

The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance, and driving growth through excellent customer service and strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily branch operations and monitor staff performance - Achieve sales targets and grow the branch’s customer base - Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements - Handle customer escalations and maintain high service quality standards - Prepare, review, and submit branch financial reports - Implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and profitability Must-Have Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - 3–5+ years’ experience in a microfinance or financial institution (preferred) - Proven leadership or supervisory experience - Strong understanding of financial products and customer relationship management - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
