A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Loan Processing: Handle loan applications efficiently, ensuring timely approvals and disbursements in line with company policy. - Collections: Manage overdue payments while maintaining strong client relationships to minimise defaults. - Customer Support: Deliver excellent service to new and existing clients by responding to inquiries and providing tailored solutions. - Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business. - Jewel complex (Thika Road) Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - Experience in microfinance or banking is an advantage. - Strong organisational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong customer service orientation. - Knowledge of loan processing and collections is an added advantage. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
