About the Role

We are seeking energetic and sales-driven Beauty Sales Attendants to join a growing team across multiple branches in Nairobi and Naivasha. The ideal candidates will have experience in beauty product sales, maintain a neat and professional appearance, and demonstrate a strong passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell beauty and skincare products to walk-in clients
• Provide product advice and demonstrations where necessary
• Maintain stock displays and ensure accurate product knowledge
• Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for commissions
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Beauty Therapy, or a related field
• 1–2 years' experience in a beauty or cosmetics retail environment
• Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and results-oriented approach
