Key Responsibilities

• Courteously meet, greet, and seat guests
• Engage guests and assist with order selection
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless service
• Promote hotel services beyond food and beverage
• Assist with bill settlement and explain payment methods
• Collect guest feedback to help improve service quality

Required Qualifications & Experience

• O-Level Certificate
• Certificate in Food & Beverage from a recognized college
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Well-groomed appearance with excellent customer service skills
• Warm, engaging personality and team player mentality

Compensation & Benefits

• KSh 30,000 base salary
