About the Role

A vibrant restaurant in Village Market is seeking a skilled and energetic Barista to join their service team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the barista station and service area
• Engage customers with professionalism, warmth, and energy
• Monitor stock and report inventory needs
• Assist with front-of-house duties when necessary

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista in a busy café or restaurant
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and machine maintenance
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive and energetic attitude
