Key Responsibilities

• Train learners in classic and modern cocktail preparation, garnishing, and professional beverage service
• Teach bar operations, hygiene standards, stock control, and customer service excellence
• Demonstrate correct use of bar tools, equipment, and mixology methods
• Assess learner competencies and maintain training records

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mixology, Bartending, or Beverage Service
• Professional training in Mixology, Bartending, or related field (highly desirable)
• Professional experience as a bartender or mixologist
• Creative and energetic approach to teaching
• Excellent ability to demonstrate practical skills
