## Title: Bancassurance Sales Officer – Retail Sales
About the Role
This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
- Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
- Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
- Provide timely and accurate quotations within established turnaround times
- Gather market intelligence to ensure an updated product range
- Follow up with clients to ensure persistency rates remain at acceptable levels
- Promote the CIC brand
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
- Bachelor's degree (desirable)
- Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP/Diploma in Insurance from AIIK/CII or LOMA – advantageous)
- Age 25 years and above

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
