## Title: Bancassurance Sales Officer – Retail Sales
About the Role
This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions package.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new retail life business from allocated market segments
- Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
- Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
- Provide timely and accurate quotations within established turnaround times
- Gather market intelligence to maintain an updated product range
- Follow up on policies to ensure persistency meets acceptable rates
- Promote brand awareness and company values
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
- Bachelor's degree (desirable)
- Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance – COP/ECOP
- Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA (added advantage)
- Age: 25 years and above
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer care skills
