Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Kitale at CIC Insurance

Position Overview

This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within established turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to ensure an updated product range
• Follow up with clients to ensure persistency rates remain at acceptable levels
• Promote the CIC brand

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Bachelor's degree (desirable)
• Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP)
• Diploma in Insurance from AIIK or CII, or LOMA qualification (added advantage)
• Minimum age of 25 years
