Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Iten at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions structure. You will be responsible for generating and managing new retail life insurance business while building strong client relationships and promoting the CIC brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from your allocated market
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to maintain an updated product range
• Follow up with clients to ensure persistency rates meet acceptable standards
• Promote the CIC brand within your market

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Bachelor's degree (desirable)
• Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP)
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA (advantageous)
• Minimum age: 25 years
