## Title: B2B Field Sales Executive – Packaging & Labels
Position Overview
Our client in the packaging and labels industry is seeking a B2B Field Sales Executive to create new business opportunities, manage and grow current customer accounts, and provide customized packaging and labelling solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term customer satisfaction within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling company products to B2B clients
- Identify, target, and actively pursue new sales prospects within the packaging and labels market
- Contact current and potential clients to showcase products, explain features, and secure orders
- Conduct market research to gain insight into industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Establish and maintain a strong, active client portfolio
- Develop and deliver compelling sales strategies, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, understand their requirements, and provide ongoing support
- Maintain accurate records of consigned goods and liaise with Finance and Stores teams as required
- Coordinate with Dispatch and Customer Service to ensure timely product delivery to clients
- Prepare and distribute regular sales dashboards and performance reports to the sales team and senior management
- Utilize sales technologies, CRM tools, and reporting systems to streamline the sales process
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales tactics and campaigns
- Adhere to all relevant company policies, licences, and legal requirements
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
