About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and seeking talented professionals to join their growing division. In this position, you will deepen aftersales growth through prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales across your assigned region. You will work closely with dealers to deliver exceptional total ownership experiences by ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing vehicle uptime, driving revenue generation, and supporting business growth in the aftersales segment.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Attainment
- Drive sell-out sales (revenue and SKU expansion) across assigned dealerships
- Achieve or exceed dealer revenue targets through proactive planning and performance monitoring
- Attain revenue targets per part line and revenue conversion rates from the sales funnel
- Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate in setting annual sales objectives for the territory
Customer Support
- Support customer engagement through forums, feedback collection, and new product communication
- Maintain adherence to CRM usage and route plans
- Provide timely escalation of customer issues to the dealer
Reporting and Analysis
- Conduct daily collation of target achievement
- Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets
- Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews
- Submit regular reports on territory performance, dealer metrics, and action plans
Market Intelligence
- Monitor and report on competitor activities
- Provide customer insights through identification and suggestion of parts or services that will meet customer needs
Market Activation
- Plan and execute ground marketing initiatives including road shows, market storms, and activations
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Graduate Degree or Diploma/Certificate in automotive or mechanical engineering
- KCSE Grade C or equivalent
- At least one year's experience in outdoor sales, marketing, and promotion
- Understanding of motor vehicle parts and service (added advantage)
