## Title: Automotive Aftersales Trade Developer – Nairobi

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to deepen aftersales through prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales in the region. You will work closely with dealers to deliver an exceptional total ownership experience by ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing vehicle uptime, generating revenue, and supporting business growth in the aftersales segment.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Targets & Sales

  • Achieve revenue targets across part lines
  • Drive sell-out sales (revenue and SKU expansion) across assigned dealerships
  • Achieve or exceed dealer revenue targets through proactive planning and performance monitoring
  • Monitor conversion rates from the sales funnel
  • Collaborate in setting annual sales objectives for the territory

Customer Support

  • Support customer engagement through forums and feedback collection
  • Communicate information about new products to customers
  • Ensure adherence to CRM usage and route plans
  • Escalate customer issues to the dealer in a timely manner

Reporting & Analysis

  • Collate daily target achievement data
  • Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets
  • Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews
  • Submit regular reports on territory performance, dealer metrics, and action plans

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor and report on competitor activities
  • Identify and suggest parts or services that meet customer needs based on customer insights

Market Activation

  • Plan and execute ground marketing initiatives including road shows, market storms, and activations

Process Improvement

  • Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures
  • Recommend process improvements

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Graduate Degree or Diploma/Certificate in automotive or mechanical engineering
  • KCSE Grade C or above
  • Understanding of motor vehicle parts and service (advantageous)

Experience

  • At least one year of experience in outdoor sales, marketing, or promotion
