## Title: Automotive Aftersales Trade Developer – Isiolo
About the Role
We are seeking an Automotive Aftersales Trade Developer to drive sales growth and market expansion across assigned dealerships in the Isiolo territory. This role combines sales achievement, customer engagement, market intelligence, and strategic marketing activation to strengthen our aftermarket presence.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue and Sales Growth
- Achieve revenue targets across assigned part lines and dealerships
- Drive sell-out sales and SKU expansion across all assigned dealerships
- Achieve or exceed dealer revenue targets through proactive planning and performance monitoring
- Monitor and optimize conversion rates throughout the sales funnel
Sales Operations and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all sales policies and procedures
- Recommend process improvements to enhance sales effectiveness
- Collaborate in setting annual sales objectives for the territory
Customer Support and Engagement
- Support customer engagement through forums and feedback collection
- Communicate information about new products to customers
- Maintain adherence to CRM usage and approved route plans
- Ensure timely escalation of customer issues to dealers
Reporting and Analysis
- Conduct daily collation of target achievement metrics
- Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets
- Prepare dashboards for weekly management reviews
- Submit regular reports on territory performance, dealer metrics, and action plans
Market Intelligence and Insights
- Monitor and report on competitor activities
- Identify and suggest parts or services that meet identified customer needs
- Provide actionable customer insights to inform product and service offerings
Market Activation
- Plan and execute ground marketing initiatives including road shows, market storms, and activations
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Graduate Degree or Diploma/Certificate in automotive or mechanical engineering
- KCSE Grade C or above
- Understanding of motor vehicle parts and service (added advantage)
Experience
- At least one year of experience in outdoor sales, marketing, promotions, merchandising, or brand ambassador roles
