## Title: Automotive Aftersales Trade Developer – Eldoret
About the Role
We are seeking an Automotive Aftersales Trade Developer to drive revenue growth and market expansion across assigned dealerships in Eldoret. This position combines sales strategy, customer engagement, and market intelligence to strengthen our automotive aftermarket presence.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Attainment
- Achieve revenue targets across assigned part lines
- Drive sell-out sales and SKU expansion across assigned dealerships
- Achieve or exceed dealer revenue targets through proactive planning and performance monitoring
- Monitor conversion rates from the sales funnel
Sales and Policy Management
- Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures
- Recommend process improvements to optimize sales operations
- Collaborate in setting annual sales objectives for the territory
Customer Support and Engagement
- Support customer engagement through forums and feedback collection
- Communicate new products and services to customers
- Ensure adherence to CRM usage and route plans
- Provide timely escalation of customer issues to dealers
Reporting and Analysis
- Collate daily target achievement data
- Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets
- Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews
- Submit regular reports on territory performance, dealer metrics, and action plans
Market Intelligence
- Monitor and report on competitor activities
- Provide customer insights through identification and suggestion of parts or services that meet their needs
Market Activation
- Plan and execute ground marketing initiatives including road shows, market storms, and activations
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Graduate Degree or Diploma/Certificate in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
- KCSE Grade C or above
- Understanding of motor vehicle parts and service (added advantage)
Experience
- At least one year of experience in outdoor sales, marketing, promotions, merchandising, or brand ambassador roles
