Assistant Warehouse Manager

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities: - Support daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate picking, loading and dispatch - Improve stock flow and availability by applying FIFO/LIFO, monitoring fast and slow movers, and reducing backorders and stock-outs  - Drive efficiency and cost control by reducing lead times and minimising losses/breakages - Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, trackers and KPI reporting  - Lead and coordinate warehouse teams through supervision, coaching and overtime management  - Manage relationships with transporters, vendors and customers to keep operations running smoothly Required Qualifications: & EXPERIENCE - Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field (FMCG preferred)  - Proven warehouse and logistics experience with strong planning, organisation and standards  - Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
