## Title: Assistant Reservations Manager

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an Assistant Reservations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage room reservations accurately and efficiently through all booking channels
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate reservation records in the Property Management System (PMS)
  • Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and guest inquiries professionally
  • Support revenue optimization through effective upselling and rate management
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a reputable hotel
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tours & Travel, Front Office Operations, or a related field
  • Proficiency in PMS (Opera or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
