## Title: Assistant Registrar – Admissions & Records
About the Role
St. Paul's University seeks an experienced professional to enhance the achievement of university goals and objectives pertaining to admissions, registrations, graduation, records and data management, quality assurance, and curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, planning, organization, and management of all activities related to the Admissions, Records, Registration, and Examinations Department
- Serve as the official authorized keeper of the university's student records
- Manage resource allocation and oversight within the department
- Oversee internal quality assurance implementation
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in an Academic Registry
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of academic policies, regulations, and procedures
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in academic ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Digital competence in responsible use of digital technologies for academic registry functions, including:
- Student information systems
- Admissions management platforms
- Electronic records management
- Data verification and reporting tools
- Email and office productivity software
- Online communication and meeting platforms
- Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements
