Assistant Payables Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. JOB PURPOSE: - To support the Payables Accountant in maintaining accurate and complete accounting records relating to creditors and other payables by preparing, verifying, and processing payables transactions, ensuring timely and reliable accounting information in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures, IFRS requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Certified Public Accountant Finalist or registered with ICPAK - Mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Business or in progress. - At least 3 years post qualification of CPA Finalist or 7 years on the job experience plus 5 years post qualification of CPA finalist, in both cases 5 years should be in senior accounting/same position in a level 4 hospital or External Audit firm.
