About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Plumber to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for undertaking routine and special building maintenance works, as well as estimating and submitting requests for maintenance materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake routine and special building maintenance works
• Estimate maintenance requirements and submit requests for maintenance materials
• Participate in preparing specifications for minor works
• Carry out valuations as required

Required Qualifications

• KCSE certificate with a minimum of D Plain or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Craft Certificate (GTT III) or equivalent in a relevant field from a recognized institution

Required Experience & Skills

• Practical knowledge of maintenance works
• Computer literacy

Additional Requirements

Successful candidates must satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (2010) on Leadership and Integrity.
