## Title: Agency Supervisor - Nairobi

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic insurance environment. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Financial Advisors while driving branch performance and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve set branch recruitment and manpower targets for Financial Advisors, building and nurturing talent to support their growth in sales careers and income generation
  • Meet set branch production targets through effective planning and execution
  • Maintain high branch productivity through team motivation, guidance, and performance management
  • Oversee weekly market planning and field accompaniment plans for the branch
  • Develop and open new schemes and markets for Financial Advisors to work in
  • Work with the Training and Development team to ensure scheduled training sessions are attended by all team members
  • Grow and develop sales unit leaders in line with company objectives
  • Manage Team Leaders' performance reviews and institute measures to increase leader productivity and effectiveness
  • Plan and preside over weekly team meetings
  • Provide reports to management as required

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Age 35 and above
  • Degree qualification as minimum education requirement
  • Minimum 5 years' sales leadership experience in insurance
  • Leadership experience in insurance sector desired
