Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in aftersale quality inspection, field service, or related field. - Strong understanding of electronics and familiarity with basic repair and maintenance techniques. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively - interact with customers and team members. - Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - A commitment to providing exceptional customer service. - Diploma or certification degree and above. - Experience in e-commerce operations - Knowledge of specific electronic products or brands
