## Title: Administration Associate – HR
About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. You will provide administrative support in a busy office environment, ensuring smooth operations, efficient documentation, and basic HR assistance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including filing, record-keeping, and maintaining office systems and databases
- Draft departmental correspondence and prepare reports, memos, and other administrative documents
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Coordinate departmental and company meetings, including scheduling and event organization
- Handle staff medical claims, ticketing, and travel arrangements for staff and directors
- Manage logistics such as bookings, transport, and visitor coordination
- Assist with basic HR functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and maintaining employee records
- Support the induction process by preparing onboarding materials and coordinating with relevant departments
- Organize factory tours in liaison with Heads of Department and relevant departments
- Track and follow up on pending tasks and departmental matters
- Support senior staff with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Perform other duties assigned by management as needed
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5 years of administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Minimal HR experience required
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience supporting multiple departments or senior management
