## Title: Administration Associate – HR

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. You will provide administrative support in a busy office environment, ensuring smooth operations, efficient documentation, and basic HR assistance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including filing, record-keeping, and maintaining office systems and databases
  • Draft departmental correspondence and prepare reports, memos, and other administrative documents
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate departmental and company meetings, including scheduling and event organization
  • Handle staff medical claims, ticketing, and travel arrangements for staff and directors
  • Manage logistics such as bookings, transport, and visitor coordination
  • Assist with basic HR functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and maintaining employee records
  • Support the induction process by preparing onboarding materials and coordinating with relevant departments
  • Organize factory tours in liaison with Heads of Department and relevant departments
  • Track and follow up on pending tasks and departmental matters
  • Support senior staff with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations
  • Perform other duties assigned by management as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–5 years of administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Minimal HR experience required

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Experience supporting multiple departments or senior management
