## Title: Accounts and Administration Assistant

Job Summary

Premier Audio Visual Limited seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our finance department. The successful candidate will play a key role in record-keeping, management, and financial reporting while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare bank and cash payment vouchers, ensuring all payments are properly and accurately supported
  • Post all transactions correctly in QuickBooks and related accounting software
  • Account for and record petty cash in real time on a daily basis
  • File and maintain proper accounting records and documentation
  • Assist with payroll processing and filing of statutory returns
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets
  • Consolidate reports and update personnel files
  • Maintain service contracts
  • Assist with purchasing office stationery
  • Ensure staff timesheets are signed and filed
  • Respond promptly to enquiries and queries
  • Perform routine office administrative work as required
  • Undertake any other duties as may be requested from time to time

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines with minimal supervision
