Job Summary
We are recruiting an Accountant to assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy of financial records. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices and expense reports, and reconciling bank statements. You will also support tax preparation and audits, maintain both digital and physical files, and assist senior accountants with financial reports, budgets, and other duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and process financial documents including invoices and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist with tax preparation and audits
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Support senior accountants with financial reports and budgets
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum Second-Class Upper Division
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Demonstrated experience working in manufacturing or FMCG industries
- CPA-K Certification
- Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting procedures
Required Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
