Accountant

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key roles - Financial Reporting & Closing: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss reports. - Transactions Management: Process and reconcile records for accounts payables, receivables and bank transactions. - Tax & Compliance: Compute taxes, prepare and file tax returns and statutory payments to ensure compliance with laws. - Analysis & Budgeting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reviewing financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities. - General Ledger: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and secure general ledgers. - Active Asset management - current and fixed assets. - Stakeholders (OEMs & Intercompany) management. - Customer support team player-Real time resolution of raised customer issues. Desired Skills and Qualifications - Degree in accountancy/ Finance or related field - CPA {K} - At least 3 years’ experience in a busy accounting role - Understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Ability to work independently
