HFH values and seeks diversity in its workforce, is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.   POSITION SENIOR TECHNICAL LEADREPORTS TO CHIEF OF PARTYCONTRACT Fixed-Term Employment ContractLOCATION Abidjan ou JacquevillePURPOSE The Senior Technical Lead provides overall technical leadership and strategic direction for Component 2 of the Adaptation Fund project “Improved Resilience of Coastal Communities in Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana.” The position ensures that Habitat for Humanity’s climate adaptation interventions are coherent, technically sound, and fully aligned with project objectives, donor requirements, and HFHI standards. The role oversees the design, integration and implementation of a broad portfolio of climate adaptation measures across 21 coastal communities, including community-based early warning systems, preparedness and awareness activities, green and blue infrastructure, nature-based solutions (NbS), mangrove restoration, and climate-resilient agriculture and livelihoods. The Lead ensures that these interventions are technically harmonized across both countries and reflect best practices in resilience building in coastal environments. The position manages a multidisciplinary team in Côte d’Ivoire, provides technical oversight and quality assurance for activities implemented by HFHI, and offers direct technical support and capacity strengthening to ActionAid Ghana, HFHI’s partner responsible for field implementation in Ghana. The Lead plays an instrumental role in ensuring that methodologies, designs, training packages, and implementation approaches are consistent and of high quality across both countries.The Senior Technical Lead also ensures strong integration with project management systems, including procurement, MEAL, environmental and social safeguards, and knowledge management.
