About the Project

Prosper Cashew is a five-year, $25 million project funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture under the Food for Progress Program. The project aims to catalyze investment for the West African cashew processing sector by strengthening cashew processing facilities across Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, and Nigeria.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager, reporting to the Deputy Chief of Party, will play a critical role in supporting efficient and compliant project implementation across the three focus countries. This role oversees project accounting, procurement, logistics, and HR functions. The Operations Manager ensures that resources are allocated and used in compliance with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, and appropriate standards and procedures. The successful candidate will liaise closely with Finance & Administration (F&A) counterparts in TechnoServe's offices in Abidjan, Accra, and Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

• Oversee project accounting, ensuring reliable and accurate data is submitted
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports
• Manage and monitor cash flows related to project expenses
• Support the Chief of Party and Deputy Chief of Party in conducting routine budget burn rate analysis
