Our projects span insetting, regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, forest conservation, and landscape restoration. PUR Projet employs over 80 people across 14 countries and 9 legal entities worldwide. The Finance function is managed from Paris, and we are opening a new legal entity in Ivory Coast.

Position Overview

PUR Projet is expanding its operations in Ivory Coast and seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic, and versatile Finance & Administrative Officer to be based in Abidjan. You will be responsible for rolling out financial procedures at the entity level, managing accounts, general ledger, and cash flow for PUR Projet's operations in Ivory Coast, while also overseeing administration and financial control of PUR Projet's activities across Africa. You will be supported by external experts and subcontractors as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Roll out financial procedures devised at group level
• Manage accounts, general ledger, and cash flow of PUR Projet's Ivory Coast entity
• Review supplier invoices and receipts and record them in PUR Projet's accounting system
• Prepare and ensure timely and correct payments to suppliers
• Follow up on client payments and monitor cash flow
• Ensure timely and complete payments to suppliers, vendors, and employees
• Submit tax declarations and ensure compliance with local authorities
• Oversee administration and financial control of PUR Projet's activities in Africa
• Improve company tools and processes
