Invitation to Bid

Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of veterinary drugs and medicines for cattle. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies and enterprises specialized in the supply of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.

How to Obtain Tender Documents

Tender documents are written in English and may be obtained during official working hours from Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs).

Bid Submission Requirements

• Bids must comprise both technical and financial proposals
• Bids must be properly bound and presented in two copies (one original and one copy)
• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Procurement Office of GAH Ltd at GAH Ltd Demo Farm & Dairy, Karushuga, Rwimiyaga, Nyagatare
• Submission Deadline: 9 April 2026 at 12:00 PM
• Bid Validity Period: 120 days from the submission deadline

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened physically at the GAH Ltd Office on 9 April 2026 at 1:00 PM. Bidders and their representatives are welcome to attend.

The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the internal procurement policy and procedures manual approved by GAH Ltd.
