## Title: Community Engagement Manager

About the Role

Sommalife is seeking an experienced Community Engagement Manager to join its team in Accra, Ghana. This role focuses on rural development, people management, and operational excellence across agricultural and community development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Supervise the attainment of all operational targets including farmer profiling, commodity sourcing, tree planting and management, and parkland establishment
Lead community engagement and development activities in West Africa
Manage data collection processes and ensure accuracy
Oversee people management functions across operational teams

Required Profile

Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Master's degree (MA/MSc) in Business Administration, Agriculture, Project Management, Community Development, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional working experience in rural development, people management, and data collection

Working Conditions

Full-time position based in Accra, Ghana. This is a West Africa-focused role with Sommalife.
