Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and organised Senior Projects Manager to join our team in Côte d'Ivoire. As Projects Manager, you will be in charge of a group of designed projects with dedicated budgets, managing a team of specialists (agronomists and technicians) who are responsible for designing and implementing impact projects in partnership with local partners such as cooperatives and farmers.
This position is expected to rapidly evolve in the medium term to include business development in the region, particularly fundraising with multilateral organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation of Long-Term Strategy
- Propose strategy and design projects aligned with organizational goals
- Manage, monitor and report on project progress
- Coordinate impact monitoring activities
- Design and coordinate community engagement initiatives
- Design and implement long-term autonomy strategies
Project Design & Management
- Assess the feasibility of and design new ecosystem restoration projects
- Oversee the implementation of activities at the farm and landscape level in strong collaboration with the existing local team
- Develop project budgets in close collaboration with stakeholders
